Favorites movies
Even though I like to watch a lot of movies, it's always difficult to choose one as my favorite. I always liked "Dancer in the dark", a film by Lars von Trier, but years later Bjork report harassment when she was filming the movie coming from the director, so that fact disappointed me badly. Anyway, I also like to watch documentaries and there's one that a friend recommended me named "Mariposas en el andamio" or something like "Butterflies on the scaffold". This documentarie is about how Mimi, a woman in charge of her neighborhood unit in the Cuban Revolution's times, let dragqueens show their performances in a period when homophobia was still strong. The latest movie I saw was a mix of fiction and documentarie called "El viaje de la Monalisa" and it was released in the Valdivia film festival.
